Privacy Policy

ASDS (Arao Software Development Services), based in Quezon City, Philippines, respects your privacy and follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or join a waitlist we collect the details you type in: your name, email, mobile number, the service you need and your message. We also receive basic technical data such as your IP address when you submit a form, used only to prevent spam.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, send launch updates for products you signed up for, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Visitor statistics (no cookies)

We count visits with our own privacy-friendly statistics. We record the page visited, the site you came from, your device type, browser and country, and the buttons and links you click. We do not store your IP address and we do not use cookies for this: the country is looked up from your IP at the moment of the visit and the IP is then discarded, and a one-way hash that changes every day lets us count unique visitors. We ignore visitors who send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. IP geolocation data by DB-IP.com.

Cookies, analytics and ads

This site may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising (such as Google AdSense) on articles. These services may set cookies to measure traffic and show ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing inquiry@araosds.com.
